چکیده

We report an in-depth study of the reduction graphene oxide (GO) by in-situ thermal transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis. In-situ heating high-resolution TEM (HRTEM) imaging and energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS) measurements have been combined to identify transformations different oxygen functional groups, desorption physisorbed chemisorbed water graphitization as a function temperature in range from 70 up 1200{\deg}C. A model for general removal OFGs is proposed based on chemical physical parameters that monitored. All this unique information provides detailed roadmap behaviour GO at extended temperature. This not only interest understand process but also critical relevance response applications when exposed effects.

Thermal Reduction of Graphene Oxide

In a two-dimensional carbon system for graphene (GP), three carbon electrons in four hybridized bonding electrons (2s12px12py12pz1) form strong in-plane sp2 bonds consisting of a honeycomb structure, and a fourth electron spreads out over the top or bottom of the layer as a π electron. The π electrons play an important role in the coupling interactions of multilayered GPs. A two-dimensionally s...

Purified dispersions of graphene in a nonpolar solvent via solvothermal reduction of graphene oxide.

It is demonstrated that oxidative debris can be separated and largely removed during the surfactant assisted phase transfer of graphene oxide from a water/ethanol mixture to dichlorobenzene. The new procedure described provides a facile method to obtain monolayer dispersed graphene sheets in a nonpolar solvent via solvothermal reduction of graphene oxide accompanied by an effective purification...

The reduction of graphene oxide

Graphene has attracted great interest for its excellent mechanical, electrical, thermal and optical properties. It can be produced by micro-mechanical exfoliation of highly ordered pyrolytic graphite, epitaxial growth, chemical vapor deposition, and the reduction of graphene oxide (GO). The first three methods can produce graphene with a relatively perfect structure and excellent properties, wh...

In-situ synthesis and characterization of reduced graphene oxide –Ag nanocomposites

Reduced graphene oxide(rGO)–silver(Ag) nanocomposites have been prepared by using solution based facile one-pot synthesis process. The reaction process involves high-temperature liquid-phase exfoliation of graphite oxide and silver acetate in presence of N-N’dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent, resulting in simultaneous formation of rGO as well as Ag nanoparticles. Different nanocomposites have bee...
